“How Much Does it Cost to Work with a Public Adjuster Like CLFPA?”

The most common question we get asked is, “How much does it cost?”

Here’s the truth:

1. Fee structures are dictated by each state’s Department of Insurance.

2. Insurance companies do not cover the fees charged by a public adjuster.

3. In Mississippi, services are provided on a contingency fee basis.

4. If the adjuster does not recover funds for the client, there is no charge.

5. This arrangement is similar to how attorneys are often compensated.

In Mississippi, fees are set at 10% of any additional funds recovered for the client. These fees do not apply to funds that the insurance company has already offered to you. Want to discuss this further? Book time to talk with the team here.
